Associate With Me!
Jun. 13th, 2007 11:38 pmIn two and a half weeks I have to give a presentation on one of my major projects (a schoolbook, BTW).
I've done at least 10 presentations on that project before, mostly in front of the same people I have to adress come time. *sighs*
So, I'm thinking of doing it a little differently this time around...
Namely, I'm thinking of using pictures (I've done that before, but I want a different approach this time around...).
I want to tell them that this new schoolbook is
a) modern/up-to-date
b) fitting (the requirements)
c) effective
and
d) attractive (in various aspects).
My idea is to use pics of Hollywood stars symbolising the aforementioned "qualities/characteristics".
Since I'll be adressing both men and women I would like to try and have a man and a woman for each a) - d).
At the moment, I'm thinking
c) effective: Bruce Willis (as John McClane) and Uma Thurman (as Beatrix Kiddo/The Bride)
and
d) attractive: Brangelina,
but I have no ideas re a) and b).
This is where/when I ask for your help.
Hence, a poll:
[Poll #1002713]
I'm not looking for personal favourites etc., but rather would like to work with "stereotypes". E.g.: I (personally) do find Jeremy Irons very attractive, but I don't think he'd work as a stereotype of "attractive-ness"...
I'd appreciate your input very, very much!
